Sea Winds 609 is a quality property that remains in high demand. We advertise our unit on the web, but do not to manage the bookings ourselves. We have hired Century 21 Thomas manage to the property for us. They are a a local, full-service vacation company who manages reservations, repairs, linens, housekeeping, keys, payment and security. We pay a commission to them for handling the details and for providing you with professional, courteous service.

Guests must be married, accompanied by parents or be over 25 years of age. House parties and pets are not allowed. This is a Sea Winds Home-Owner Association Rule. These rules are enforced by the resident blue-haired Condo Commanders with nothing better to do with their time. The atmosphere is quiet, private and family oriented with numerous full-time resident owners.
