Sea Winds Owners Association Rules

The following is a partial list of rules that have been setup by the Sea Winds Home Owners Association, Inc.. As owners and quests, we are all obliged to follow them. They are designed to allow for mutually enjoyable and safe condominium living and vacations. House Rules should be provided to you by our agent and are also posted in the unit. We require, but also very much appreciate, your consideration of these rules both explicitly and in spirit.

General
Please do not bring any luggage carts inside the unit.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No pets are allowed except for those of permanent residents.
Please be thoughtful and respectful of your neighbors.
Keep noise to a minimum – especially between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM
Loud and boisterous house parties are strictly prohibited.
Locate the fire exits. In case of fire, do not use the elevator.

Balcony
Do not feed seagulls from the balcony.
Do not throw any item from the balcony.
Do not hang articles of clothing or towels on the balcony.
Grilling of food is not permitted on balconies or in hallways.

Pool Area
Bottle or glass objects are not allowed.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Pool furniture must remain in the pool area.
Pool furniture cannot be reserved.
Music players must be used with headphones.
Only registered guests may use the facilities.
Please observe the posted signs for other rules and health precautions.

Parking
Extra parking is available in Sea Wind's 2nd parking lot across the street
Motorcycles must be parked across the street.
During periods of heavy seasonal use, only one vehicle per residence is permitted to park on-site.
Vehicles must be marked with a parking permit.

through Century 21 Thomas Beach Vacations.

Check-In is on Saturdays after 3 PM
Checkout is on Saturdays before 11 AM
